While the Nuclear Security Submit is drawing to an end, the leaders of 47 attended countries and UN, International Atom Energy Agency (IAEA) and European Union accorded on the plan which includes four articles about counter measures to acquisation of all the nucklear items by terrorist organisations.
 
Although the the formal agenda of the meeting is to create a roadmap to determine how the existing nuclear materials can be got under control to stop nuclear terrorism, Before and after the summit,The US President Barak Obama had talk with these attended state leaders. In these negotiations, the subject of gaining supports on taking measures against Iranian nuclear program which is evaluated as the main subject of Nuclear Proliferation Treaty (NPT) Overview Conferance which will hold next month is been put on the agenda .
 
 Just as, at the end of the negotiations with President of China, both sides highlighted their collaboration on this subject.
 
As all known, Iran, North Korea and Syria are not convoked to the meeting. However,Israel which is not a signator of (NPT) is forwent attending the meeting in consideration of the possibility of coming up its nuclear weapons by Turkey and Egypt. However, India and Pakistan which are not signators of NPT are convoked
 
U.S. President Barak Obama conveys that the compromise has significant contribution for a more reliable and free from nuclear weapons world in his closing speech at the summit.
According to this,All countries have their hands protecting their nuclear weapons and is obliged to keep away from terrorist
 
In the plan;for guaranteeing the protection of sensitive nuclear materials known to the whole country for four years.
 
Besides this, prevention of illicit trafficking of nuclear and such cases are called for greater cooperation in combating.
 
All countries will take needed measures and colloborate to prevent nuclear technology and knowhow from terrorists.
 
Prime Minister Erdogan from Turkey, Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Energy and Natural Resources participated in this meeting.
 
As known, Turkey is currently,along with Brazil, is stil a member of UN Security Council’s provisionals.
ln this context, the UN meeting will be held next month, Turkey will be forced to vote lran adressed in the implementation of adopted sanctions by UN Security Council.
 
It is all known that USA already convinced to get support from China was opposing the sanctions,attitudes of Turkey and Brazil supposed to become important on stated decisions.
 
Altough, Turkey certainly conveys that it objects to nuclear weapons, but not to use the nuclear energy for peacefull purposes.
 
Consequently,it continues its attitude on pursueing a line of pacific and negotiator in Iran case.
It is conveyed that Searching for new course action on this issue is carried on with Brazil.
It is possible to sat that consequences of the  meeting about ‘Nucklear energy is for everyone, nuclear weapons is for none’ which be held at 17-18 April 2010 will be effective to determine Turkey’s attitudes .
